Because many of our items are handmade, small-batch, natural, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we ask that customers read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. We do our best to provide clear photos, honest descriptions, and straightforward details so you know what to expect.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time for your order before shipment. Some items are ready to ship, while others may require a little extra handling time depending on the nature of the product.
If there is any unusual delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Purple Jewel Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
We do not guarantee returns or exchanges on handmade items, natural products, vintage items, plants, seeds, or one-of-a-kind pieces unless an item arrives damaged or there is a clear error with the order.
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We want customers to have a good experience and will do our best to make confirmed order issues right.
Handmade, Natural, and Vintage Item Notes
Many items in our shop are handmade, hand-finished, naturally derived, vintage, or individually selected. Because of that, slight variations in color, texture, shape, finish, botanical appearance, or other small details are normal and part of the character of the item.
These natural and handmade differences are not considered defects.
Plants, Seeds, and Living Items
Plants, seeds, and other living or garden-related items naturally vary in size, shape, color, and growth stage. We do our best to represent them honestly, but no two living items are exactly alike.
Customer growing conditions, climate, care, and timing are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee individual growing results after delivery.
Bath, Body, and Natural-Living Products
Please read all ingredient information carefully before purchase and/or use. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and deciding what works best for their own needs, sensitivities, and allergies.
