Flowering: Yes, crimson red flowers
Locally grown by Kristen Page · Hand-harvested · Native southern beauty · Pollinator friendly
What your order includes: 1 packet with 10 seeds.
Growing Tips for USDA Zone 9b: Plant separately from other seeds for easier transplanting after germination. Keep soil moist through germination. Young saplings enjoy shade and plenty of water until at least 1 foot tall. Mature plants enjoy partial shade, frequent watering, and slightly bound roots. Will lose leaves if heat or cold stressed, or under watered. Seed pods look similar to buds, but will turn brown instead. Harvest when pods are brown, slightly open, and crispy.
